Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 14, 2025

Our core principle: We don't collect what we don't need. Zero-knowledge, zero-log architecture. Your identity is yours alone.

1. What We Don't Collect

VoidExch does not collect, store, or process:

We have no user database. No accounts, no profiles, no credentials stored.

2. Temporary Processing

During an active exchange, data exists temporarily in server memory only:

Automatically purged after completion. Never written to persistent storage.

3. No KYC / AML

VoidExch does not perform identity verification. We cannot link exchange activity to any real-world identity.

4. No Tracking

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, heatmaps, or social media tracking.

5. Cookies

Only a single localStorage entry for your display theme preference. Never transmitted to our servers.

6. Server Infrastructure

No access logs, no error logs with user data, no persistent records. Privacy-by-default architecture.

7. Third-Party Services

External services: CoinGecko API (price data, no user data sent), Google Fonts (typography). Fiat on-ramp redirects to third-party providers with their own policies.

8. Law Enforcement Requests

VoidExch Ltd. cooperates with law enforcement authorities to the extent required by applicable law. However, due to our zero-data architecture, the scope of data available for disclosure is extremely limited. We do not collect or retain personal identification data, IP addresses, or transaction histories, and therefore may not be able to provide such information in response to requests.

9. Data Breaches

Our zero-data architecture significantly reduces the risk and impact of potential data breaches. Since we do not store personal user data in persistent databases, the exposure surface in the event of a server compromise is minimal.

10. Your Rights

Since we collect no personal data, there is nothing to request, correct, or delete. You have complete control — because we never had your data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Our commitment to collecting zero user data will not change.
