By accessing or using VoidExch (operated by VoidExch Ltd., a company registered in the Republic of Seychelles), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

VoidExch is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange. We facilitate swaps between digital assets across multiple blockchains. We do not hold, store, or manage user funds.

3. No Account Required

VoidExch does not require account creation, email registration, or identity verification.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

Ensuring accuracy of wallet addresses
Understanding cryptocurrency risks
Complying with applicable laws
Maintaining security of your wallet and keys

5. Fees

Flat 0.1% protocol fee per exchange. Network gas fees are paid to blockchain validators. Promotional codes may modify the exchange rate.

6. Non-Custodial Nature

VoidExch never takes custody of your funds. We do not have access to your private keys or wallet credentials.

7. No Guarantees

Exchange rates are estimates and may change. VoidExch does not guarantee specific rates, completion times, or availability.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for money laundering, fraud, illegal activity, or attempting to exploit the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

VoidExch is provided "as is" without warranties. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Seychelles International Arbitration Centre.
